We have simplified the company formation process into 4 simple steps:

Step 1 – Select your Company Name

This can be the most difficult step in the whole company formation process! Two companies cannot register the same or similar name. This is stringently regulated by the Companies Registration Office.

If you wish to check the suitability of your proposed company name, you can check at www.cro.ie/search. You can also check our “Frequently Asked Questions” section for company name guidance, otherwise, we will advise free-of-charge on the suitability of your chosen name, prior to commencing the formation process.

Please note that it is not advised to purchase stationery, signage etc. until finalisation of the company formation process.

Step 2 – Complete our Company Incorporation Application Form

Our Company Incorporation Application Form can be completed online or can be downloaded, completed and then either emailed or faxed.

It is recommended that you read our “Frequently Asked Questions” section prior to completing this step as this contains valuable information to prevent problems and/or errors. If you have any immediate questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

We will ensure that your application is examined in detail to ensure that any potential problems and/or errors are eliminated prior to us drafting the formation documentation.

Step 3 – Payment

We are registered with Paypal for online payments to ensure the utmost security. If you wish to pay by Cheque, you may select this option. Cheques should be made payable to “Simple Company Formations” and must be both paid and cleared prior to the release of the completed company formation pack. With both payment options we will provide you with a VAT invoice.

Step 4 – Sign your Documentation

We will forward one simple form to complete the company formation process. Once this is received back to us we will forward you a complete company formation pack tailored individually to your company.
